P 999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

P 999 (referred to as "we", "us", "the platform", or "P 999" throughout this document) operates p999-bangla.com as an online gaming and entertainment platform. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, poker, virtual sports, Aviator, and related services to registered users.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your account") and P 999 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or arrangements — written or verbal — between you and P 999.

P 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the Terms and Conditions page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use P 999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from P 999 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of P 999 or any affiliated business.
• Participation in online gaming does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction.

P 999 may request documentation to verify your age, identity, and residential address at any time. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on P 999. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify P 999 support immediately. Intentional creation of multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

When registering at P 999, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if they change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your P 999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact P 999 support immediately and change your password.

P 999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your details with another person.

4. Deposits

P 999 accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. P 999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by another person into your account, is a breach of these Terms.

Deposits are credited to your P 999 wallet instantly in most cases. In rare circumstances, processing delays at the payment provider level may cause a short delay. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact P 999 support with proof of payment.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at P 999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. P 999 does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

Before processing a withdrawal, P 999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all accounts. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a recent bank statement or mobile wallet transaction history matching the account used for deposits.

Processing times vary by account tier. Bronze accounts can expect processing within a few hours; Silver within 60 minutes; Gold within 30–60 minutes; Platinum on the same day; Diamond Elite receive instant processing. These are P 999's internal processing targets — transfer times to your bank or wallet also depend on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before processing. P 999 reserves the right to conduct a security check on any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have recently changed payment details. This is done to protect players from unauthorised access.

If a withdrawal is declined due to failed verification or policy breach, the funds will be returned to your P 999 wallet and you will be notified of the reason.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

P 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all P 999 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period and are removed from your account.
• Slots typically contribute 100% towards meeting wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and poker may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — or may be excluded entirely. This will be stated in each offer's specific terms.
• P 999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available at P 999 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. P 999 does not accept claims based on misunderstanding of game rules.

P 999's RNG (random number generator) casino games use certified software that has been independently audited for fairness. The random outcomes of games cannot be predicted, influenced, or replicated. Past outcomes do not affect future outcomes in any game at P 999.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error, or game crash — P 999 will make a reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to your wallet. P 999's decision on malfunction resolutions is final.

Live casino games are subject to the physical conditions of the studio environment. Dealer errors, mis-deals, or other operational issues in the live studio are resolved according to the live game operator's own published procedures. P 999 will apply the resolution provided by the live game operator.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on P 999 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or structuring play specifically to exploit promotional terms.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any competitive game, including but not limited to chip-dumping, ghosting, and team play in heads-up situations.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to play games, make decisions, or interact with the P 999 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using P 999 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of legitimising proceeds from any illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through a bank or card provider without first raising the matter with P 999 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account closure and recovery action.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, or allowing another person to play on your account.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or any other technical fault to gain funds not legitimately won.

9. Privacy & Data

P 999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at P 999, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that document.

P 999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform securely and comply with applicable regulations.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data P 999 holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where legally permissible. Requests should be directed to P 999 support at support@p999-bangla.com.

10. Responsible Gaming

P 999 is committed to operating as a responsible gaming platform. We believe that gambling should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all P 999 account holders free of charge and are effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Automatic alerts or logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporary suspension of gaming access for periods of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Full exclusion from the platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months.
• Upon the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, P 999 will review the account balance. Funds representing genuine deposits that were not obtained through fraudulent activity will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses that had not been legitimately earned. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be voided.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your available balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

P 999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, secure, and fully functional service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime.

P 999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event, claim, or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's P 999 wallet at the time the claim arises.

P 999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings not yet realised.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Technical failures in third-party payment systems, network providers, or device software that are outside P 999's direct control.
• Any losses arising from account access by an unauthorised party where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in this section limits P 999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

P 999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

Your continued use of P 999 after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
